Kleerkut® 4900 Performs a wide variety of machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Kleerkut® 4900 is a bio-resistant semi-synthetic coolant, free of substances subject to the reporting requirements of SARA Title III. It provides superior rust protection when used in sumps which typically encounter large amounts of contaminants, and is ideal for use in central systems. It is low foaming , easy to clean using filtration or centrifuge, and long lasting.
Kleerkut® 4900 has two "sister" products: Kleerkut® 4900-LT and Kleerkut® 4900 HD. For more information on these products, please inquire at: info@HarryMillerCorp.com. Hamico® 863-EP Base is normally used as received, but can be diluted with oil, solvents, or water, depending on the operation. It may be applied by dipping, spray, or brushing. It is a combination of extreme pressure lubricants. It is used either neat or with oil. It is used primarily for tapping operations on steel. It will not corrode steel or aluminum on contact, but will stain brass and copper. Hamidraw® 497-B is composed of extreme pressure resisting chlorinated base and synthetic esters. It contains no pigments, is non-flammable and is completely removable in mineral or chlorinated solvents. It will not channel and is cohesive and adhesive. The viscosity of this product can be reduced by cutting back with solvents or mineral oils. Hamidraw® 497-MX-2 is composed of extreme pressure resisting chlorinated base and synthetic esters. Pigmented and non-flammable, this product is completely removable in mineral solvents, chlorinated solvents and hot alkaline cleaners. It will not channel and is cohesive and adhesive. The viscosity of this product can be reduced by cutting back with solvents or mineral oils. Hamidraw® 1846-B is a heavy duty pigmented drawing lubricant for ferrous or stainless steels. It is utilized for extremely severe draws such as tube reducing, bar drawing, wire drawing when reductions up to 40% are required. The lubricant cleans quickly with hot alkaline or hot detergent cleaning. Hamidraw® 1846-NC is a heavy duty non-chlorinated pigmented drawing lubricant for ferrous or stainless steels. It can be used for severe draws such as tube reducing, bar drawing, wire drawing, etc. The lubricant cleans quickly with hot alkaline or hot detergent cleaning. Hamikleer® 1995 is a bio-resistant synthetic machining and grinding lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is extremely low foaming, which makes it useful in operations where foam control is essential, such as double disc or plunge grinding, or high speed machining. It provides lubrication needed for moderate to heavy duty machining operations, such as turning, drilling, reaming, broaching, boring and tapping. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, (e.g., copper alloys and aluminum), contains extreme pressure friction reducing lubricant additives, and provides good lubrication and rust protection to steel. Hamikleer® 1995 has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving, and has excellent wetting to keep swarf and fines from depositing on machinery, and enabling them to settle out quickly in central sumps. It rejects contaminants such as most tramp oils and is highly bacterial resistant, which extends sump life of central and individual systems. Hamikut® 100 is a new technology soluble oil metalworking lubricant that offers excellent bioresistance and stability to coolant systems. It can perform a wide variety of machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It offers cooling, excellent friction reduction, extremely low foam and will not sour with microbial contamination. It is free of substances subject to the reporting requirements of SARA Title III. It provides superior rust protection when used in sumps which typically encounter large amounts of contaminants. It is ideal for use in central systems. It is extremely easy to handle using filtration or centrifuge, and will not clog paper or filters. Hamikut®1860-LC is a heavy duty soluble oil cutting and machining fluid. It contains extreme pressure lubricating additives which are low in color and odor, yet provide the greatest degree of lubrication for extreme surface and internal grinding operations where problems, such as burning, often develop. It can be used on carbon steel, stainless, and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, and brass. Hamilube® 1328-N contains no chlorinated compounds and only minimal amounts of sulfur and phosphorus. It has a light viscosity to flush away metal chips and provide efficient heat removal from the work and tooling. It is suitable for machining operations such as trepanning, threading, tapping, turning, milling and drilling of steel. Hamilube® 1744 is a straight oil containing extreme pressure additives for general machining of all metals, including Magnesium. Hamilube® 1955-A is a straight oil non-chlorinated lubricant that contains extreme pressure additives for the general machining of tool steel and stainless steel. It contains no chlorinated compounds or phosphorus. It is transparent to allow viewing of the work piece during machining. It is not suitable for use with non-ferrous metals. It contains active sulfur and is non-staining on steel. Hamilube® 5705 is a straight oil containing extreme pressure additives for the general machining of tool steel and stainless steel. It contains no chlorinated compounds, phosphorus or animal fats. Not suitable for use with non-ferrous metals. Hamilube® 7609 is a low viscosity straight oil containing friction-reducing extreme pressure additives, which makes it suitable for drilling operations. It is also applicable for threading, tapping, turning, milling, trepanning and other machining operations on steel. A combination of extreme pressure additives, along with its light viscosity, makes it suitable for gun drilling. It will provide an adequate fluid film between the wear pads and the work material, will prevent welding of chips to the cutting edge of the drill, will cool the drill and the work, and dispose of the chips easily by flushing. Hamilube® 7709 is a non-chlorinated straight oil containing friction-reducing extreme pressure additives, which makes it suitable for drilling operations. It is also applicable for threading, tapping, turning, milling, trepanning and other machining operations on steel. Used on Stainless and Alloyed steels. It contains sulfurized additives and has a light viscosity, which makes it suitable for gun drilling. It will provide an adequate fluid film between the wear pads and the work material, will prevent welding of chips to the cutting edge of the drill, will cool the drill and the work, and dispose of the chips easily by flushing. Hamilube® 9200-VP is a chlorine free lubricant for the grinding and light machining of steel, copper, bronze or brass. It is a straight petroleum based lube containing an advanced additive package that is free of sulfur, chlorine, and pigmented compounds. It has excellent lubrication characteristics that compares very favorably to chlorinated and sulfurized lubes. While it is designed for use neat, as received, it can be cut back with mineral oil or solvents for lighter work. Removal of the residue from the metal can be performed with solvent degreasing, detergent, or alkaline cleaning. |
