Pigmented and non-flammable, this product is completely removable in mineral solvents, chlorinated solvents and hot alkaline cleaners. It will not channel and is cohesive and adhesive. The viscosity of this product can be reduced by cutting back with solvents or mineral oils. Hamidraw® 1846-B is a heavy duty pigmented drawing lubricant for ferrous or stainless steels. It is utilized for extremely severe draws such as tube reducing, bar drawing, wire drawing when reductions up to 40% are required. The lubricant cleans quickly with hot alkaline or hot detergent cleaning. Hamidraw® 1846-NC is a heavy duty non-chlorinated pigmented drawing lubricant for ferrous or stainless steels. It can be used for severe draws such as tube reducing, bar drawing, wire drawing, etc. The lubricant cleans quickly with hot alkaline or hot detergent cleaning. Hamikut® 9036-B is an enhanced heavy duty soluble oil lubricant for heavy duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. Provides corrosion protection, is low foaming, possesses excellent emulsion stability and produces good micro-finishes. It provides improved biological control capability for longer sump life in re-circulating systems. Hamikut® 9120-NC is an extremely effective chlorine free soluble oil for light and medium duty machining and grinding of steel, alloys, aluminum, and yellow non ferrous metals, like copper, brass or bronze. It produces superior micro-finishes, while maintaining stability in hard water. It has improved bio-resistance properties. It is designed for recycling and centrifuging, and is very low foaming. It produces an ultra-stable blue emulsion. Hamilube® 1328-N contains no chlorinated compounds and only minimal amounts of sulfur and phosphorus. It has a light viscosity to flush away metal chips and provide efficient heat removal from the work and tooling. It is suitable for machining operations such as trepanning, threading, tapping, turning, milling and drilling of steel. Hamilube® 1744 is a straight oil containing extreme pressure additives for general machining of all metals, including Magnesium. Hamilube® 1955-A is a straight oil non-chlorinated lubricant that contains extreme pressure additives for the general machining of tool steel and stainless steel. It contains no chlorinated compounds or phosphorus. It is transparent to allow viewing of the work piece during machining. It is not suitable for use with non-ferrous metals. It contains active sulfur and is non-staining on steel. Hamilube® 5705 is a straight oil containing extreme pressure additives for the general machining of tool steel and stainless steel. It contains no chlorinated compounds, phosphorus or animal fats. Not suitable for use with non-ferrous metals. Immunol® S-6-H is a detergent type cleaner for soak tank cleaning and degreasing of ferrous and non-ferrous parts. It emulsifies oils such as drawing compounds and rust preventives, and removes mill soils and smut very effectively. It may also be used for general purpose cleaning as a “bucket” solvent to replace more flammable or toxic materials. If used on aluminum, extended immersion times (one hour or more) produce darkening. Use Immunol® S-6-I as an alternative for aluminum. Immunol® 1809-J is an additive for ultrasonic and hydrostatic testing operations. It is an ideal corrosion inhibitor for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and couples. It is also employed as a grinding coolant for light duty applications. Immunol® 1228 is an additive for use in non destructive test applications such as ultrasonic inspection or hydrostatic (or pressure) testing. It provides rust protection and reduced surface tension to water baths used for immersion testing of these types. Is recommended for systems constructed of (or used for testing) steel and aluminum. It is low foaming and long lasting and provides protection against flash rusting and short term indoor storage. Activol® 1590-CP is an additive for hydrochloric acid pickling solutions which imparts both “wetting” and detergency, while inhibiting base metal attack and offering fume control. Particularly useful in low temperature batch or continuous operations, Activol® 1590-CP prevents over-pickling and provides acid savings, reduces metal weight loss, fumes and hydrogen embitterment. This product produces a bright uniform finish, prolongs pickle tank life, increases the speed of the pickling process and makes clear solutions in all acid concentrations which will not break down in acid storage tanks. Activol® 1803 is the most efficient member of a line of hydrochloric acid pickling bath additives formulated for continuous hydrochloric picklers, including deep bath conventional and shallow dynamic systems. It provides all the requirements of a good pickling inhibitor including: descaling ability, high % efficiency (protection), excellent rinsability, reduced acid consumption, reduced gage and metal loss, durability, reduced hydrogen embrittlement, fume reduction and results in uniformly bright pickled surfaces. Hamico® 1003 is a light colored, transparent, odorless lubricating oil for machinery and equipment requiring an extremely clean condition with a light oil. It can be used in many applications where light lubrication is needed, e.g., forming, bending, stamping, straightening. It can be used on all metals as received, by pumping, dip, spray or wipe. Hamikut® 1937-A is a medium-duty, soluble oil containing extreme pressure additives used for machining and grinding ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. It provides extremely good emulsion stability and is highly tolerant to other contaminants typically carried into emulsions from prior operations. Steelgard® 1505-TC is designed for indoor long term protection of all ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces and for outdoor covered protection of up to 6 months. It provides months of protection in humidity cabinet tests at 100% relative humidity at 100 degrees F. Steelgard® 1926-BW is a soluble oil rust preventive for steel and non-ferrous metals for indoor storage protection of up to 6 months. It maintains excellent stability, even if contaminated by pickle tank residue. |
