Hamikut® 1937-A is a medium-duty, soluble oil containing extreme pressure additives used for machining and grinding ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. It provides extremely good emulsion stability and is highly tolerant to other contaminants typically carried into emulsions from prior operations. Steelgard® 1926-BW is a soluble oil rust preventive for steel and non-ferrous metals for indoor storage protection of up to 6 months. It maintains excellent stability, even if contaminated by pickle tank residue. Steelgard® 1301-NL is a soluble oil rust preventive for steel and cast iron. It disperses in plain water in any ratio of dilution to form a uniform white stable emulsion. It prevents rust on ferrous metals and also prevents white rust on galvanized surfaces. Steelgard® 825 prevents “white rust” on zinc and aluminum surfaces under all conditions of indoor storage and handling as well as preventing rust on carbon steels and cast iron. Steelgard® 535-RP is a soluble oil, containing an improved rust protection package, for prevention of tarnish and/or corrosion on copper, brass and bronze, as well as on ferrous surfaces. It protects against corrosion to steel for up to 6 months of indoor storage under normal plant humidity conditions when applied at 1:10 in water. Hamico® 863-EP Base is normally used as received, but can be diluted with oil, solvents, or water, depending on the operation. It may be applied by dipping, spray, or brushing. It is a combination of extreme pressure lubricants. It is used either neat or with oil. It is used primarily for tapping operations on steel. It will not corrode steel or aluminum on contact, but will stain brass and copper. Hamidraw® 1828-A is a heavy duty, water soluble, extreme pressure lubricant offering maximum lubricity for drawing, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel. The residual film offers corrosion protection for the drawn parts. Hamidraw® 1828-DS is a heavy duty, water soluble drawing compound for lubrication of steel and non-ferrous metals in drawing operations. Hamidraw® 1828-LC is a heavy duty, water soluble drawing compound for lubrication of steel and non-ferrous metals in drawing operations. It has a reduced amount of extreme pressure lube additives from the Hamidraw® 1828-DS version. Hamidraw® 1829 is an ultra-heavy duty, water soluble, extreme pressure lubricant, offering maximum lubricity for drawing, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including stainless steel. It is designed for extremely difficult draws to provide maximum extreme pressure lubrication and is non-staining to metals and carbide dies. The residual film offers corrosion protection for the drawn parts. If diluted at 1:1 with water, Hamidraw® 1829 forms a low viscosity, stable emulsion. Hamidraw® 1829 can also be diluted with petroleum solvents or mineral oils. Hamidraw® 1829 is suited to spray application or direct flood application onto workpiece or dies. Hamidraw® 9000-F is an entirely non-chlorinated extreme pressure lubricant for heavy duty drawing and stamping of steel and non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass or bronze. It is a soluble oil containing a polymeric lubricant package which provides the extreme pressure lubricating properties without the negative impact environmental issues associated with chlorinated additives. This formulation offers good corrosion prevention on steel and the non-ferrous metals; particularly copper and brass. It is formulated to provide enhanced anti-wear properties and mild boundary lubrication. Hamikut® 100 is a new technology soluble oil metalworking lubricant that offers excellent bioresistance and stability to coolant systems. It can perform a wide variety of machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It offers cooling, excellent friction reduction, extremely low foam and will not sour with microbial contamination. It is free of substances subject to the reporting requirements of SARA Title III. It provides superior rust protection when used in sumps which typically encounter large amounts of contaminants. It is ideal for use in central systems. It is extremely easy to handle using filtration or centrifuge, and will not clog paper or filters. Hamikut®1860-LC is a heavy duty soluble oil cutting and machining fluid. It contains extreme pressure lubricating additives which are low in color and odor, yet provide the greatest degree of lubrication for extreme surface and internal grinding operations where problems, such as burning, often develop. It can be used on carbon steel, stainless, and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, and brass. Hamikut® 9036-B is an enhanced heavy duty soluble oil lubricant for heavy duty machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. Provides corrosion protection, is low foaming, possesses excellent emulsion stability and produces good micro-finishes. It provides improved biological control capability for longer sump life in re-circulating systems. Hamikut® 9120-NC is an extremely effective chlorine free soluble oil for light and medium duty machining and grinding of steel, alloys, aluminum, and yellow non ferrous metals, like copper, brass or bronze. It produces superior micro-finishes, while maintaining stability in hard water. It has improved bio-resistance properties. It is designed for recycling and centrifuging, and is very low foaming. It produces an ultra-stable blue emulsion. Hamilube® 1904 is a hot forging lubricant for all types of steel. It may be used for press forging, drop forging and upset forging. It is a soluble oil with added lubrication value for metal surfaces at normal or elevated temperatures. It disperses in plain water to form a uniform, white, stable emulsion. It can be applied in its emulsion form on hot metal surfaces. Immunol® 1357-2-J is a clear, medium body, green liquid. It is odorless, non-flammable and pH 7.0 neutral. It is used in paper manufacturing as calendar roll cleaner and felt conditioner. It is used as additive to soluble oil (or synthetic) systems to emulsify “tramp” or hydraulic oil, loosen sludge, settle heavy particles, lift “fines” or lighter bodies to the surface. This product prevents stains or rust on ground or polished work and prevents “smut” formation in rolling when added to the soluble rolling oil. It is also a successful and economical machine, floor and wall cleaner mixed with plain water at 2 to 6 ounces per gallon and applied by brush, mop, or rag. Steelgard® 2005 is a new innovation for use as a temper mill fluid for coated products replacing straight oils, solvents or the practice of dry tempering. In addition to preventing white rust, it produces a better “healed-over” surface, reduces roll pick-up, permits higher mill speed and achieves elongations with lower roll force. |
