Steelgard® 8703-AT is a solvent based corrosion preventive for steel and cast iron which provides long term indoor protection against rust for periods up to 24 months under normal conditions. It can also provide protection under cover outdoors for up to six months. It is a low odor rust preventive, which leaves a dry film less than a mil in thickness. Steelgard® 1505-TC is designed for indoor long term protection of all ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces and for outdoor covered protection of up to 6 months. It provides months of protection in humidity cabinet tests at 100% relative humidity at 100 degrees F. Steelgard® 1505-M is a solvent based rust preventive with a high flash point for use on steel and cast iron. It provides 6-12 months indoor storage protection under normal humidity conditions. Steelgard® 1505-B is designed for long term, thin film corrosion protection for ferrous and non-ferrous surfaces. It displaces moisture and leaves a thin, clear, non-staining film that dries to the touch in three hours. It is readily removed by mineral spirits or mild alkali washes. Aquatemp® 1860-LV-2 is a low viscosity temper mill lubricant for application on coated products during tempering or “skin pass” processes. It cleans the mill and strip, reduces roll pickup, permits higher mill speeds than dry tempering operation and provides lubrication to achieve required elongations. It is a solvent based product which evaporates after processing and can be coated with petroleum based coating oils. Citriterge® 8910 is a cleaner consisting of natural citrus based solvents, surfactants and detergent components. It is designed to remove dirt, grease, oil and carbon smuts from metals and other hard surfaces. It also removes tar, pitch, asphalt, and gum soils from felts in papermaking operations. Citriterge® 8910 performs heavy duty cleaning without the use of petrochemical solvents, chlorinated solvents and harsh acids or alkalis. Hamico® 138-L is designed for use as a vanishing oil. It contains lubricity additives which make it ideal for stamping, blanking or drawing of light to medium gauge steel and aluminum. Hamico® 138-L has extremely low odor, is non-emulsifying, has a rapid evaporation rate, and leaves minimal residue. Application of the lubricant can be via spraying, flooding or swabbing. |
