Immunol® 1357-2-J – All-Purpose Detergent Cleaner

Immunol® 1357-2-J is a clear, medium body, green liquid. It is odorless, non-flammable and pH 7.0 neutral. It is used in paper manufacturing as calendar roll cleaner and felt conditioner. It is used as additive to soluble oil (or synthetic) systems to emulsify “tramp” or hydraulic oil, loosen sludge, settle heavy particles, lift “fines” or lighter bodies to the surface. This product prevents stains or rust on ground or polished work and prevents “smut” formation in rolling when added to the soluble rolling oil. It is also a successful and economical machine, floor and wall cleaner mixed with plain water at 2 to 6 ounces per gallon and applied by brush, mop, or rag.

Hamisonic® X-289 and X-290 – Ultrasonice NDT Fluid

Hamisonic® X-289 and X-290 are ultrasonic couplants for contact testing on horizontal or vertical surfaces. X-289 is a light viscosity material and X-290 is a heavier viscosity material. These materials can be brushed on the test surface and left on or removed with a water wash. It is a more economical set of couplants; dries to a film having minimal residue.

Hamisolve® 622 – Solvent Cleaner

Hamisolve® 622 is a light colored, transparent degreasing solvent used in many applications for removal of oils, greases, mill soils, etc. Can be used on all metals, as received, by dip, spray or wipe. It will evaporate completely leaving surfaces clean and dry.

Hamikleer® 8307-A and 8307-B

Hamikleer® 8307-A and 8307-B are water soluble synthetic couplants for contact ultrasonic testing replacing glycerin. They are chemically pure couplants that contain little or no contamination, which makes them acceptable for the testing requirements of turbine blade manufacturers. They are more highly pure compounds than the Hamikleer® 712 series of couplants.

Hamikleer® High Viscosity U.T. Couplants

Hamikleer® High Viscosity U.T. Couplants is a series of high viscosity versions of Hamikleer® 712-2 for ultrasonic testing of metals: Hamikleer® 712-HV-1 Viscosity – 38,000 – 45,000 cps @ 720F Hamikleer® 712-HV-2 Viscosity – 27,000 – 33,000 cps@ 720F Hamikleer® 712-HV-3 Viscosity – 5,000 – 8,000 cps @ 720F

Hamico® 142

Hamico® 142 is designed for use as a vanishing lubricant. It contains lubricity additives which make it suitable for stamping, blanking and deep drawing of light gauge steel, stainless steel, brass, and aluminum. This product’s evaporation rate is faster than that of Hamico® 138-L.

Hamidraw® 9014-LV and 9019 Hydroforming Lubricants

Hamidraw® 9014-LV and 9019 are tube hydroforming lubricants for applications to the outer diameter of parts being formed into dies. Both products are straight petroleum based lubes containing advanced additive packages that are free of sulfur, chlorine, and pigmented compounds. They have excellent forming characteristics and compare very favorably to chlorinated and sulfurized lubes when used on hydroforming operations involving severe metal deformation and elongation. Hamidraw® 9014-LV is a lighter viscosity version of the two products. Hamidraw® 9019 is heavier and possesses better film adherence properties.

Hamidraw® 1945 Series Stamping Lubricants

Hamidraw® 1945 Series is a lubricant for stamping, blanking, and deep drawing of all metals. It is a heavy duty oil and can be cut back with mineral oil for lighter work. Removal from the metal can be done with solvents or alkaline cleaners. Hamidraw® 1945 is offered in viscosity grades from 100 SUS to 700 SUS.

Hamidraw® 497-MX-2 – Stamping Lubricant

Hamidraw® 497-MX-2 is composed of extreme pressure resisting chlorinated base and synthetic esters. Pigmented and non-flammable, this product is completely removable in mineral solvents, chlorinated solvents and hot alkaline cleaners. It will not channel and is cohesive and adhesive. The viscosity of this product can be reduced by cutting back with solvents or mineral oils.

Steelgard® 9060 — Rust Prevention for Outdoor Storage

Steelgard® 9060 is a water borne corrosion inhibitor for outdoor (covered), limited outdoor uncovered (up to 30-40 days), and indoor protection to steel & ferrous alloys. It is a ready to use product straight from the container and dries to a dry, transparent film that will not re-emulsify when exposed to moisture in the air. Steelgard® 9060 will provide excellent protection to metals under indoor or covered outdoor conditions. This product is particularly helpful where the need to reduce VOC emission levels is critical.
