Immunol® 438 – Magnetic Inspection NDT Additive

Immunol® 438 is an additive for water when water is used in place of solvents to suspend pastes and powders as in magnetic particle inspection, i.e., Magnaflux and Magnaglo. Immunol® 438 is also an additive to hydrostatic test solutions and provides rust inhibition, dispersion and wetting to steel, iron, copper, brass and zinc surfaces.

Immunol® 1392-J – Water Soluble Rust Preventive

Immunol® 1392-J is odorless and dissolves instantly in any kind of water (even the very hardest) to make a clear, thin solution. Immunol® 1392-J has a slightly alkaline pH of 9.0 and is a detergent and rust inhibiting chemical for use on cast iron, cast steel and other ferrous metals. Immunol® 1392-J protects cast iron and ferrous metals submerged in its solutions for months and forms invisible, quick drying, protective coatings on metal, which insure maximum “indoor” protection. Deposited coatings of Immunol® 1392-J are water soluble and, therefore, will not show to advantage in humidity cabinet tests, due to condensation and the ease of washing the product off with plain water. Immunol® 1392-J will not cloud in water and will not gum or decompose when circulated in water. Immunol® 1392-J has exceptional power of heat absorption and convection. Immunol® 1392-J is not recommended for use on aluminum, copper or brass.

Immunol® 791-J – Mild Cleaner and Rust Inhibitor

Immunol® 791-J is an ultrasonic test tank additive that will dissolve instantly in any kind of water to make a clear, thin solution. Immunol® 791-J is a mild detergent and rust inhibiting chemical for use on cast iron, cast steel and other ferrous metals, but is not recommended for use on aluminum, copper or brass. Immunol® 791-J protects cast iron and ferrous metals submerged in its solution indefinitely and forms invisible, quick drying protective coatings on metal, which insure maximum “indoor” protection. Immunol® 791-J will not cloud in solutions of water at temperatures up to 210 (F) and will not gum or decompose when circulated in water.

Hamikleer® X-231-LF – Synthetic Grinding Coolant

Hamikleer® X-231-LF is a synthetic lubricant well suited for roll grinding and Blanchard grinding. It provides solution clarity, bioresistance; low foam, and longevity in recirculating system. The use dilution is 2-5% in water.

Immunol® 1921 is a combination cleaner and rust preventive concentrate for use as a vibratory de-burring compound with water on castings of iron, steel or aluminum.

Immunol® 985-J – Detergent Spray Cleaner

Immunol® 985-J is a low foaming detergent spray cleaner for metal surfaces. It contains rust preventives which protect ferrous metals after cleaning for short periods indoors. It is a completely nitrite free product. It removes mineral and fatty mill soils completely without saponification; therefore, it is not spent in use.

Hamisolve® 622 – Solvent Cleaner

Hamisolve® 622 is a light colored, transparent degreasing solvent used in many applications for removal of oils, greases, mill soils, etc. Can be used on all metals, as received, by dip, spray or wipe. It will evaporate completely leaving surfaces clean and dry.
