Potentol® 2804 – Wetting Acid Inhibitor for Fracking Operations

Potentol® 2804 is a highly efficient (99.5% protection on most grades of steel) acid corrosion inhibitor. It is often used in fracking operations and in other acidizing operations and chemical cleaning operations in hydrochloric acid.

Potentol® 2804 offers excellent wetting properties and removes scale deposits on metal surfaces. It also enhances the surface brightness of steel, is fast rinsing and is stable in all acid cleaning solutions.

Potentol® 2804 offers excellent base metal protection and is used in chemical cleanouts of steam generation equipment such as boilers, pulp digesters (in the paper industry), and heat exchangers.

Potentol® 2803 – Organic Acid Inhibitor for Fracking Industry

Potentol® 2803 is an efficient (95% steel protection figures) organic acid inhibitor for use in acidizing operations and chemical cleaning applications in hydrochloric acid.

Potentol® 2803 is used in fracking operations that seek a more environmentally friendly acid inhibitor without heavy metals, arsenic, formaldehyde, acetylenic alcohols or flammable ingredients.

It can also be used in chemical cleanouts of steam generation equipment such as boilers, pulp digesters, and heat exchangers. Potentol® 2803 protects the tubing surfaces and welds in boiler cleaning operations, while the acid used (HCl or formic acids) removes the scale deposits targeted during the cleaning process.

Aerokut® 77 – Cutting Oil and Screw Machine Lubricant

Aerokut® 77 is a petroleum-based cutting oil specially compounded for use as both an internal lubricant for screw machines and as the machining lubricant. Aerokut® 99-SS – Heavy-Duty, Low-Odor Cutting Oil

Aerokut® 99-SS is a petroleum-based cutting oil specially compounded for medium to heavy-duty applications, including broaching, tapping, threading and shearing difficult-to-machine metals. Aerokut® 99-SS is fortified with chlorinated and sulfurized extreme pressure additives to provide long tool life and good finishes. It has very high anti-weld and lubricity properties, and the low viscosity helps to dissipate heat and flush chips from the work area. The light color, transparent, and low-odor oil improves workpiece visibility.

Aerotap® 16-LC – Low Odor Cutting Oil

Aerotap® 16-LC is a low viscosity petroleum-based cutting oil specially compounded for medium to heavy-duty applications. Aerotap® 16-LC is a light-colored, low-odor version of Aerotap® 15 fortified with chlorinated and sulfurized extreme pressure additives to provide long tool life and good finishes. The added chlorine provides Aerotap® 16-LC with the extreme pressure lubrication necessary for use on stainless steel, titanium, and other hard alloys where high temperatures are encountered.

Aerogrind® 21 – Medium-Viscosity, Sulfur-Free Cutting Oil

Aerogrind® 21 is a medium-viscosity, sulfur-free, petroleum-based cutting oil specially compounded for medium to heavy-duty applications. Aerogrind® 21 is fortified with chlorinated extreme pressure additives to provide long tool life and good finishes. The high degree of chlorine provides Aerogrind® 21 with the extreme pressure lubrication necessary for use on stainless steel, titanium and other hard alloys where high temperatures are encountered.

PE-50 – Heavy Duty Straight Oil

PE-50 is a heavy-duty cutting oil designed for heavy-gauge carbon steel. It is an upgraded version of PE-36N, containing a high concentration of chlorinated extreme pressure additives and synthetic sulfurized additives, along with synthetic anti-wear components, to provide exceptional die life and part finish, and cleaner tools and dies. The high viscosity of PE-50 provides high film strength, even at high temperatures to carry through multiple stages with a single application. Because of the high concentration of extreme pressure agents, PE-50 is also used in coining, extrusion, and other occasional heavy-duty work.

Hamilube® 1955-B – Chlorine-Free Straight Oil

Hamilube® 1955-B is a straight oil non-chlorinated lubricant that contains extreme pressure additives for the general machining of tool steel and stainless steel. It contains no chlorinated compounds or phosphorous. Hamilube® 1955-B is transparent to allow viewing of the work piece during machining. Hamilube® 1955-B contains no active sulfur and is suitable for use with non-ferrous metals.

Aerotap 15-NC – Low Viscosity Cutting Oil

Aerotap 15-NC is a low-viscosity petroleum-based cutting oil specially compounded for light-to-medium  duty applications, including tapping, drilling, threading, and shearing. Aerotap 15-NC is fortified with extreme pressure additives to provide long tool life and good finishes. The high sulfur provides Aerotap 15-NC with the extreme pressure lubrication necessary for use on stainless steel, titanium, and other hard alloys where high temperatures are encountered. Aerotap 15-NC contains no chlorine to complicate disposal.
