Aerokut® 500-M – Heavy Duty Cutting Oil

Aerokut® 500-M is a viscous petroleum-based cutting oil specifically compounded for medium to heavy-duty applications. Aerokut® 500-M is fortified with chlorinated and sulfurized extreme pressure additives as well as a special high-performance “moly” lubricant to provide long tool life and good finishes. The high degree of chlorination provides Aerokut® 500-M with the extreme pressure lubrication necessary for use on stainless steel, titanium, and other hard alloys where high temperatures are encountered.

PE-50 – Heavy Duty Straight Oil

PE-50 is a heavy-duty cutting oil designed for heavy-gauge carbon steel. It is an upgraded version of PE-36N, containing a high concentration of chlorinated extreme pressure additives and synthetic sulfurized additives, along with synthetic anti-wear components, to provide exceptional die life and part finish, and cleaner tools and dies. The high viscosity of PE-50 provides high film strength, even at high temperatures to carry through multiple stages with a single application. Because of the high concentration of extreme pressure agents, PE-50 is also used in coining, extrusion, and other occasional heavy-duty work.

Hamikleer® 712 and 712-2 – Synthetic Couplants

Hamikleer® 712 and 712-2 are water soluble synthetic couplants for ultrasonic testing replacing glycerine. The buffering action of this Hamikleer® 712 series permits testing of many metals and metallic couples that typically corrode in aqueous-phase couplants. The low halogen content makes the Hamikleer® 712 series the ideal material to use on titanium and other space-age metals, where possible halogen stress corrosion could be a problem. The exceptional water solubility and solution clarity of the Hamikleer® 712 series allows easier rigging and positioning in submerged tank testing. Aerogrind® 747 – Cutting Oil

Aerogrind® 747 is a petroleum based cutting oil specially compounded for medium to heavy duty applications. Aerogrind® 747 is fortified with chlorinated and sulfurized extreme pressure additives to provide long tool life and good finishes. The high viscosity maintains film strength even at high temperatures. Aerogrind 747 is recommended for use on stainless steel, titanium and other hard alloys where high temperature stability and maximum extreme pressure lubrication are necessary.

Hamisonic® X-289 and X-290 – Ultrasonice NDT Fluid

Hamisonic® X-289 and X-290 are ultrasonic couplants for contact testing on horizontal or vertical surfaces. X-289 is a light viscosity material and X-290 is a heavier viscosity material. These materials can be brushed on the test surface and left on or removed with a water wash. It is a more economical set of couplants; dries to a film having minimal residue.

Hamikleer® 8307-A and 8307-B

Hamikleer® 8307-A and 8307-B are water soluble synthetic couplants for contact ultrasonic testing replacing glycerin. They are chemically pure couplants that contain little or no contamination, which makes them acceptable for the testing requirements of turbine blade manufacturers. They are more highly pure compounds than the Hamikleer® 712 series of couplants.

Hamikleer® High Viscosity U.T. Hamidraw® 9014-LV and 9019 Hydroforming Lubricants

Hamidraw® 9014-LV and 9019 are tube hydroforming lubricants for applications to the outer diameter of parts being formed into dies. Both products are straight petroleum based lubes containing advanced additive packages that are free of sulfur, chlorine, and pigmented compounds. They have excellent forming characteristics and compare very favorably to chlorinated and sulfurized lubes when used on hydroforming operations involving severe metal deformation and elongation. Hamidraw® 9014-LV is a lighter viscosity version of the two products. Hamidraw® 9019 is heavier and possesses better film adherence properties.
