Hamikut® 1937-A – Soluble Oil Coolant

Hamikut® 1937-A is a medium-duty, soluble oil containing extreme pressure additives used for machining and grinding ferrous and non-ferrous metals, including zinc. It provides extremely good emulsion stability and is highly tolerant to other contaminants typically carried into emulsions from prior operations.

Hamikut®1860-LC – Soluble Oil Coolant

Hamikut®1860-LC is a heavy duty soluble oil cutting and machining fluid. It contains extreme pressure lubricating additives which are low in color and odor, yet provide the greatest degree of lubrication for extreme surface and internal grinding operations where problems, such as burning, often develop. It can be used on carbon steel, stainless, and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, copper, and brass.

Hamikut® 100 – Soluble Oil Coolant

Hamikut® 100 is a new technology soluble oil metalworking lubricant that offers excellent bioresistance and stability to coolant systems. It can perform a wide variety of machining and grinding operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It offers cooling, excellent friction reduction, extremely low foam and will not sour with microbial contamination. It is free of substances subject to the reporting requirements of SARA Title III. It provides superior rust protection when used in sumps which typically encounter large amounts of contaminants. It is ideal for use in central systems. It is extremely easy to handle using filtration or centrifuge, and will not clog paper or filters.

Hamikleer® 2095 – Synthetic Coolant

Hamikleer® 2095 is a synthetic grinding and machining coolant concentrate designed to be used on both ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, and also on milling of scale from copper or brass strip. Solutions provide excellent rust protection for cast iron and ferrous alloys with no staining on zinc, copper, brass, and bronze. The solution keeps wheels clean and suspends metallic fines and swarf, preventing their precipitation on ways, tables, and other work surfaces. It will not turn rancid and does not cause dermatitis.

Hamikleer® 1995 – Heavy Duty Synthetic Coolant

Hamikleer® 1995 is a bio-resistant synthetic machining and grinding lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is extremely low foaming, which makes it useful in operations where foam control is essential, such as double disc or plunge grinding, or high speed machining. It provides lubrication needed for moderate to heavy duty machining operations, such as turning, drilling, reaming, broaching, boring and tapping. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, (e.g., copper alloys and aluminum), contains extreme pressure friction reducing lubricant additives, and provides good lubrication and rust protection to steel. Hamikleer® 1995 has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving, and has excellent wetting to keep swarf and fines from depositing on machinery, and enabling them to settle out quickly in central sumps. It rejects contaminants such as most tramp oils and is highly bacterial resistant, which extends sump life of central and individual system

Hamikleer® 1990 – Bio-Resistant Coolant

Hamikleer® 1990 is a bio-resistant synthetic machining and grinding lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It is extremely low foaming, which makes it useful in operations where foam control is essential, such as double disc or plunge grinding, or high speed machining. It provides lubrication needed for light to moderate duty machining operations, such as grinding, turning, drilling, reaming, and tapping. Hamikleer® 1990 is non-staining to non-ferrous metals and has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving and provides good lubrication and rust protection to steel. It offers excellent wetting to keep swarf and fines from depositing on machinery, while enabling them to settle out quickly in central sumps. It rapidly rejects contaminants such as most tramp oils. It is highly bacterial resistant, which extends sump life of central and individual systems.

Hamikleer® 1975 HD – Heavy Duty Synthetic Coolant

Hamikleer® 1975 HD is a synthetic machining lubricant/coolant for ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides the needed lubrication for medium to heavy duty machining operations including: boring, drilling, reaming, tapping, and threading. It is non-staining to non-ferrous metals, e.g., copper, brass, and aluminum and has a liquid residual film, which keeps machinery parts moving.

Hamicote® D-20-NL – Forging Lubricant

Hamicote® D-20-NL (and variations) are used for die casting, press forging, drop forging, upset forging, extruding lubricant, mold lubricant, drawing, stamping, preventing rust and white rust. Delivered at 100% concentration, and composed of extreme pressure lubricants and metallic soap, this product can be used neat or can be diluted. It disperses in plain water (in any ratio of dilution) to form a uniform, white, stable emulsion with a faintly alkaline pH of 8.0 and is completely soluble in stoddard solvent, kerosene or mineral oils. Is a rust preventive for ferrous metals and prevents white rust on galvanized surfaces. The product is an outstanding lubricant for metal surfaces at normal or elevated temperatures. The metallic component remains on hot surfaces up to 3000 F and can be applied in emulsion form adding to plain water at room or elevated temperatures. This product line offers exceptional performance and contains no silicones, manganese, copper, graphite or suspended matter.

Hamico® EDM – EDM Oil

Hamico® EDM is a light colored, transparent, odorless oil for use as the dielectric fluid in EDM (electric discharge machining) operations. It is an extraordinarily pure lubricant with many performance benefits which make it a clear choice as a superior EDM fluid. These benefits include: exceptionally high dielectric strength and clarity, extremely low toxicity, low volatility, outstanding oxidative and thermal stability, low aromatic content, and excellent separation from water.

Hamico® 1003 – Lubricating Oil

Hamico® 1003 is a light colored, transparent, odorless lubricating oil for machinery and equipment requiring an extremely clean condition with a light oil. It can be used in many applications where light lubrication is needed, e.g., forming, bending, stamping, straightening. It can be used on all metals as received, by pumping, dip, spray or wipe.
